This is a vintage mens silk necktie made by Celine Paris.  Celine is considered a rival to Parisian luxury fashion house Hermes - their ties seem not to get the recognition that Hermes ties do, but they are of very nice quality.  This tie features a motif that I think is a wax seal, in red and white against a navy blue background.  It is in excellent condition, very clean, and obviously saw little use, and was well stored over the years.  It measures 59” in length and 3 7/8” in width at its widest.  The tie loop reads “Celine Paris Pure Silk Made in Spain”.  Nice quality tie - patriotic colour combination…..
